Guidelines for Optimal Results

Follow these guidelines for optimal results:

Congratulations on your choice to become healthier with Plexus!   As with anything, your level of commitment will determine your success!   You must be consistent and use the products everyday! 

1. Plexus Slim.  

During the first day or two, drink your Pink Drink in the morning "AFTER" breakfast. It says 30 minutes before, but it is best to start off taking anything new with food on your stomach. Mix your Pink Drink in 8-16oz of water (I sip some water out of a 8 oz water bottle to add more room to shake it up). Note** A room temp bottle of water works best for dissolving the powder.  If you prefer your Slim cold, you can pour over ice.

2. Accelerator+ or Boost.  

When starting off with the Accelerator+ or Boost, take ONE (1) capsule AFTER breakfast. This way you have some food on your stomach…this is also to test your tolerance level to the natural caffeine that is in the Accelerator+/Boost. AFTER 2 to 3 days of just consuming one (1) capsule, you can then add the 2nd capsule after lunch. Two (2) capsules per day equal a full dose. Some only take 1 capsule a day, which is equal to a 1/2 dose and they do just fine with that. See what works best for you. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT!  If you have any health issues or take medications, please contact your doctor about using the Accelerator+ or Boost.

3. Block.  

Block is great to have when you eat meals with a lot of carbs or starches.  Take 1-2 capsules 20-30 minutes before your two largest meals of the day.  Be sure to get them down good!  You want them to be ready to slow the absorption of carbs so they can’t turn to sugar and store as fat.  One tip:  don’t overeat your food!  The seaweed in the capsules will slightly swell and if you overeat, you will feel TOO full…like you gorged on Thanksgiving dinner!  Just enjoy your food and stop when you start to feel full.

4. ProBio5.  

Take the ProBio5 at bedtime - a helpful rule of thumb is to keep it on your bedside table and take right before getting into bed. Begin slowly, by taking ONE (1) capsule for the first week or two; then TWO (2) capsules the second week or so; then moving to THREE (3) capsules by the end of  your first month. After you have worked yourself up to three capsules, I suggest you evaluate how you are feeling. If you are sleeping good and feeling energized, you may go to four capsules or decide to stay with three for awhile, then go to four (4).  The key is to kill candida in your system at a gradual rate, but every person is different with their bodies’ needs.  Most like to stay on the 3-4 ProBio5 for a while (several months) to ensure they are continuing to kill and rid their bodies of the candida, while building up the good bacteria in the gut.  Once you have no more symptoms of a leaky gut and want to maintain, go back to two (2) per night.

5. Keep Your Body “Clean”.  

By this I mean, make sure you are having regular bowel movements. Your body can hold an extra 8 lbs or more of waste….get rid of it by using the BioCleanse! BioCleanse also helps to regulate IBS or similar conditions. If you want more info about the BioCleanse, then let me know. If you hit a plateau, you may want to add the BioCleanse to your regimen.  BioCleanse is a gentle cleanse and safe to take daily. It oxygenates your body and makes sure the dead candida is getting flushed out of your body.

6. BioCleanse.  

To begin, take 1 BioCleanse twice a day between meals. (morning/evening) during the first week.  Week two, you can move to 3 BioCleanse daily…and then adjust it to how your body responds.  You ultimately want to have soft bowel movements 2-3x a day to consistently rid waste.  I take 1 capsule in the morning with my Slim, then 1 capsule with my ProBio5 at bedtime.  It works for me! ;)

7. Drink Your Water.  

Make sure you are drinking LOTS of water throughout the day. Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water. So if you weigh 100 pounds you will drink 50 ounces of water a day. To make sure I get my water in, I always order water with lemon at restaurants.  This helps me quite a bit!  (Saves $$ too!)  Sipping water all day is impossible for me, so when I am drinking my water, I take 10 gulps at a time.  I also add True Lemon or True Lime to it…it’s sweetened with stevia. This helps me get mine all in.

8. Measurements/Weight/Photos.  

Make sure you measure, weigh and photograph yourself before you start your Plexus journey. Plexus promotes loss of weight by burning fat not muscle…so INCHES OVER POUNDS!!! Take your supplements EVERY day to get successful results.

ADDITIONAL TIPS FOR OPTIMAL RESULTS!

  • Drink your water! Drink a glass of water before eating and during eating. It will help you feel fuller and also help in the digestion of food!
  • Do not sabotage yourself! If you feel full while eating, then listen to your body and stop eating!  (Eating slower helps with this!).
  • 6 small meals are better than one or two big ones. Snacking between meals can speed your metabolism, but make sure you go for healthy snacks, not candy or sugary ones! (fruit, veggies, almonds, egg whites, low carb, high protein)
  • Plexus helps curb your cravings for sweets and carbs….so eventually, you won't turn to desserts and candy as often.  Fruits became like sweets for me!
